Papers & Presentations

The extended abstracts (max. 2 pages) will be published in hardcopy proceedings and full length papers (max. 8-pages) in the CD issue.

Papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be published in scientific journals.

 

The extended abstract as well as the full length papers must be prepared according to given templates.

Guidelines for PowerPoint Presentations

- The time for presentation is 15 minutes (including discussion).
- Presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format (*.ppt or *.pptx) – version 2007 or newer.
- The name of the file with presentation should be entitled with the last name of the first author.
- Authors of papers are required to send a presentation in electronic form on e-mail address of the Symposium Organizing Committee: espsc2011@il.pw.edu.pl
 until September 5th, 2011, time: 12:00 a.m.

Guidelines for Poster Preparation

- The maximal dimensions of the poster are 90 x 110 cm.
